The Digital Height Gauge (Item No. 3130-4703) is engineered for precise dimensional measurement of mechanical components in production and inspection environments. Offering a measuring range of 0–300 mm (0–12″) with a high resolution of 0.001 mm (0.00005″) and ± 0.02 mm accuracy, it delivers reliable and repeatable results for critical measurement tasks. Larger models up to 600 mm (0–24″) are available, including versions with wireless transmission capability (3230 series).
Designed for durability and precision, the gauge features a wide and thick stainless steel beam, a sturdy base for stability, and a smooth slider-feed wheel that significantly enhances measuring control. The carbide-tipped scriberprovides sharp, clean marking lines, while the SPC data output function supports statistical process control integration. An optional dustproof shield adds protection in demanding workshop conditions.
