Description
The Ultra-Precision Outside Micrometer is designed for professionals who require reliable and highly accurate dimensional measurements. Built with precision-ground stainless steel threading rods, it offers superior stability and wear resistance compared to conventional alloy or carbon steel rods.
The carbide-tipped measuring faces on both the anvil and spindle increase durability and extend the lifespan of the tool by resisting wear from repeated contact with measured surfaces. Its satin chrome scale with laser-etched graduationsimproves readability even in workshop lighting conditions.
To maintain measurement consistency, the micrometer includes a ratchet stop mechanism that delivers constant measuring force (5–8 N), protecting the spindle from excessive pressure and ensuring repeatable results. The spindle lock further allows users to secure readings during inspection tasks.

Product Name: Ultra-Precision Outside Micrometer
Item Number: 4111-8105-A
Measuring Range: 0~25 mm / 0~1’’
Graduation: ± 0.01 mm / 0.0004’’
Accuracy: 0.004 mm / 0.0001575’’
Application
Precision measuring tools called micrometres use a calibrated screw to measure distances. These measures are converted into substantial screw rotations, which can subsequently be read from a scale or dial. In manufacturing, machining, and mechanical engineering, micrometres are frequently utilised. Our micrometres are a terrific option for mechanics, engineers, woodworkers, hobbyists, etc. They are widely used in household, industry, and the automotive sector.
