The Automatic Spray Specimens Preparation Workstation is designed to streamline and standardize the production of spray-coated test specimens. A portable robot hand handles automatic panel taking, spraying, and drying, ensuring consistent specimen quality across batches. The system uses Graco spray guns with PLC control to regulate spraying parameters and paths, while sample shelves can be customized for different panel types. Coatings and solvents are fed with pressure devices, and color change valves allow for automatic dual-layer coating and cleaning, providing efficiency and precision in laboratory or production environments.
Equipped with a baking chamber reaching up to 150℃ and an intelligent automatic cleaning mode, the workstation ensures specimens are properly dried and tools are efficiently cleaned, reducing solvent use and maintenance time. Safety and environmental protection are enhanced with a cyclic water curtain, dry filter, and active exhaust filtering system. By integrating spraying, drying, and cleaning into a single automated workflow, this workstation allows operators to prepare standard test specimens rapidly, accurately, and reproducibly, making it ideal for coatings laboratories and industrial quality control.
