The TES-32 Battery Capacity Tester (0–500AH) is designed for rapid and accurate assessment of battery condition without interrupting service. It measures battery resistance, voltage, and current simultaneously, making it ideal for industrial, automotive, and backup power systems. The device supports compact storage, Alkali, and Lead-acid batteries up to 500 AH, providing high-precision measurements with resistance accuracy of ±1% ±10 digits and voltage accuracy of ±0.1% ±6 digits. Current measurements are performed at a 1 kHz frequency for reliable readings.
With manual and continuous data memory, the tester can store up to 500 manual data sets and 9,600 sets for PC download, allowing technicians to track battery performance over time. The comparator function rates battery conditions as Pass, Warning, or Fail based on resistance and voltage thresholds. Lightweight and portable, it comes with a USB interface for PC connectivity, enabling efficient data logging, analysis, and reporting.
