Description

The MarGear GMX 400 W is a precision gear measuring system designed for the highly accurate inspection of involute spur gears, both inner and outer, as well as typical form and position features. With X, Y, and Z axes of 200 mm, 200 mm, and 320 mm respectively, and a maximum gear diameter of 400 mm, it can handle a broad range of gear sizes and profiles. The GMX 400 W ensures repeatable and reliable measurements thanks to its Class I accuracy according to VDI/VDE 2612/2613, combined with low axial and radial runout deviations.

Equipped with the MahrEcon control unit, the GMX 400 W enables automated measurement sequences and precise programming of measurement tasks. Its rigid structure and robust design, including a table capable of supporting up to 60 kg, ensure stable and vibration-resistant operation. This makes it an ideal solution for gear manufacturing, quality assurance, and production-related inspections, ensuring high throughput without sacrificing accuracy.
