Description
The Fungilab V-COMPACT is an advanced rotational viscometer designed for precise viscosity measurement and rheological analysis in laboratory and industrial environments. It offers a measurement range from 1 to 6,000,000 cP with adjustable rotor speeds from 0.01 to 250 rpm, enabling accurate testing of both low- and high-viscosity fluids. The instrument displays comprehensive measurement data including viscosity values in multiple units (P, cP, mPa·s, Pa·s, cSt, St, mm²/s), selected speed and spindle, sample temperature, shear rate, shear stress, and percentage of full scale. With repeatability of ±0.2% F.S and measurement accuracy of ±1% F.S, the V-COMPACT ensures reliable and consistent results.
The viscometer includes advanced program and data management features that allow users to create, edit, and store multiple testing programs and experimental results in a complete database. Testing modes such as Time to Torque (TTT), Time to Stop (TTS), Step, and Ramp provide flexible analysis of fluid behavior. The instrument also supports quality control limits (QCL) to identify out-of-range measurements. Equipped with a PT100 Class A temperature sensor, AISI 316 stainless steel rotors, and a wide temperature range of -40°C to +300°C, the V-COMPACT delivers high-performance viscosity measurement with robust durability and compatibility with standard AC power supplies (90–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz).
