Description
The TQC Wet Abrasion Scrub and Washability Test Tools (Art. Nos. AB5010–AB5020) are precision instruments designed for evaluating the durability, washability, and resistance of coatings, paints, and other surface treatments. These tools are compatible with the TQC Washability/Scrub Test AB5000 and allow standardized testing according to DIN, ASTM, and ISO methods. Each tool features a stainless steel or aluminum holder with inner dimensions of 92 × 41 mm and outer dimensions of 94 × 43 mm, ensuring consistent contact and reproducible results across tests.
The kit includes a variety of test implements: wild boar brushes (AB5010), nylon brushes (AB5011), sponge pads (AB5012), abrasive pads (AB5013), and additional weights (AB5014, AB5015) to simulate different scrubbing forces. Spare pads and brushes are available (AB5016–AB5019) to maintain performance over repeated tests, while the universal material clamp tool (AB5020) allows users to test custom abrasive materials. These tools are designed for ease of use, precision, and compliance with international testing standards.
