Automatic Spray Sepeicmens Preparation Workstation is a fully automatic spraying sepecimens preparation workstation integrating automatic panel taking, automatic spraying and automatic drying. This workstation adopts cooperative robot, with spraying and drying functions, and can automatically and quickly prepare standard size sepecimens for testing. It has the following features：
◆ Portable robot hand with high degree of automation, integrating automatic panel taking, automatic spraying and automatic drying.
◆ With cyclic water curtain and dry filter, both dry fog and wet fog could be disposed simultaneously
◆ Equipped with Graco spray guns + PLC, control spraying parameters and path automatically.
◆ With a quick-change mechanism for changing different spray guns.
◆ Use sample shelf to load or unload sample panels. different sample shelf can be customized according to different sample panels
◆ Coatings and solvents are fed using pressure feeding devices, with automatic color change valve switching devices installed, enabling automatic switching after spraying to achieve dual-layer coating and automatic cleaning functions.
◆ Equipped with a gear pump for feeding, accurately controlling the flow rate of the sprayed sample, calculating and displaying the wet film thickness, allowing the desired coating wet film thickness to be obtained without repeated adjustment.
◆ Intelligent automatic cleaning mode: blowing paint through pipes – solvent cleaning – drying pipes, saving cleaning solvents, and equipped with a waste tank for collecting cleaning waste.
◆ Equipped with a baking chamber, with a maximum baking temperature of up to 150℃, allowing the trial board to automatically undergo the baking process after spraying.
◆ Equipped with an active exhaust filtering function, with the water curtain using a submersible pump for water circulation.
