Notes for defective items that send in for inspection / calibration / service / repair is subject to the following terms and condition.

1. Obsnap’s technical support shall response within 3 working days upon receiving of the item to advise for the cost
2. Inspection fee of RM 50.00 is chargeable should the item inspected is repairable but the customer decided not to proceed with the repair. However, if the instrument is found not repairable, NO CHARGE is imposed.
3. Service charges is around RM 80.00 to RM 500.00 depending on complexity of the defects and excluding parts for items of value RM 10,000.00 and below.
4. All repaired and serviced items are warranted for 1 month upon invoice date for the same defect.
